Please ensure you check all the measurements provided in an item’s description and review photos carefully. All sales are considered final. Exchange and Store Credit Items
Only regular priced non-vintage items may be returned for store credit. Sale items cannot be returned. Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached and new condition. Items that have been worn will not be accepted.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or store credit, send us an email at returns@vintagerowe.com and send your item to: {physical address}.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
